粮食中放射性核素的γ——能谱分析
RADIOACTIVE NUCLIDE ANAIYSIS OF GRAINS WITH γ-ENERGY SPECTRA
【摘要】 利用高纯锗探测器测量了大米、绿豆等粮食的γ——能谱,分析了样品中的放射性核素。分析表明,工业化造成的污染在粮食中有显著表现,同一作物不同的生长条件,它的微量元素积累明显不同。各种粮食中微量元素的多少与营养学对粮食的评价相一致。
【Abstract】 γ-energy spetra of rices and mung beans were detected with High Purity Germanium Detector (HGe) , and radioactive nuclide of samples was analysed. Analysis showed that, grains were affected clearly by industrial pollution, accumulated amounts of trace elements in same kind of grain with different growing conditions and quantities of trace elements in different kind grains were in accordance with their nutritious estimations.
