【Abstract】 Using Southern hybridization method, we found the deletion and rearrangementof P53 gene in 7 of 30 gastric cancers. The point mutation in 248 and 249 codon of P53were auslysed by the method of PCR-RFLP, the point mutation in 248 codon wasfound in 2 of 42 patients with gastric cancer.更多还原
