【摘要】 本文报告通过60°～80℃高温,固化肝癌组织,治疗28例的效果。其中包括原发性肝癌(PHC)21例和肝转移癌(SHC)7例。肿瘤直径3～18cm,15例为多发性病灶。对直径8cm以上不能切除的大肝癌采用了有计划的多次剖腹术(PML)和切口按装拉链术(拉链技术,ZT),分次固化并清除固化组织,取得了一定程度的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces 28 cases of liver cancer treated with 60°～80°C hyper-thermal solidification. It included 21 cases of primary hepatocarcinoma and 7 casessecondary liver cancer. The neoplastic diameter was from 3 to 18cm 15 cases of themconsisted of multiple pathological fool. The authors adopted planned multiplelaparotomies to treat unresectable large liver cancer whose diameter was more thanScm. the xipper was fixed at the abdominal incision to fractionating solidificationand to cleaning solidified tissue 3 cases received radical resection and the neoplasticresolution rate of other cases was 88.5%, the obvious effect rate was 11.5%.更多还原
