【Abstract】 It deals with properties and composition of the corundum with high Cr₂O₃content as well as methods and effects of its application to cupola lining of the curved hearth. It has been proved in practice that the durability of the cupola lining lined with the corundum with high Cr₂O₃ content is 100 times higher than that of with common refractory bricks, and that the high temperature and good quality molten iron as well as high economical and social benefits are obtained.更多还原
