BY粘结剂对水玻璃砂溃散性的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了BY粘结剂对水玻璃砂工艺性能和不同温度下残留强度的影响。通过差热分析和扫描电镜断口分析,证实了BY粘结剂在其分解温度区间255~565℃,由于析出大量气体,在连接桥上形成大大小小的孔洞,严重破坏其残留强度,显著改善水玻璃砂的溃散性。

【Abstract】 In this paper. It is studied that BY cohesive agent affects differently the technological properties and remained compression strength of sodium silicate bonded sand under different temperatures. By differential thermal microanalyser and SEM it is find that BY—cohesive agent is dissociated within 253~565℃ and forms lots of gas. So that the gas causes Various holes in the bonded-bridge and damages the remained cimpression strength eventually the collapsibility of sodium silicate bonded sand is improved strongly.
