肉苁蓉抗氧化作用及对超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响
Effect of Cistanche deserlicola on Lipid Peroxidation and Superoxide Dismutase in Rat
【摘要】 肉苁蓉乙醇提取物在体外温育体系中能显著抑制大鼠脑、肝、心、肾、睾丸组织匀浆过氧化脂质的生成,并呈现良好的量效关系。体内实验中,该提取物100、200mg/kg/日,连续灌胃40天,仅对大鼠大脑皮层过氧化脂质生成有显著抑制作用,对其它组织无明显影响,200mg/kg/日灌胃15天,对大鼠血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性有显著增强作用。
【Abstract】 The ethanolic extract of C. deserlicola, in vitro, could significantly inhibit the lipid peroxidation in the homogenates of rat brain, liver, heart, kedney and testis in dose-dependent manner from 0.0625 to 6.2500mg/ml. However, in vivo experiment showed that the extract 100, 200mg/kg/day po. for 40 days inhibited the lipid peroxid-ation only in rat brain, but not in other tissues. At the dose of 200mg/kg po. for 15 days the extract increased the activity of superoxide dismutase in rat plasma.
