【摘要】 预先以加味左金丸（含黄连、吴茱萸等）6g/kg剂量灌服大白鼠,能明显减轻由氢氧化钠、阿斯匹林和盐酸乙醇引起的胃粘膜损伤。盐酸乙醇损伤模型进行的量效关系实验显示,左金丸加味 1、2、4、8g/kg剂量组的溃疡指数抑制率分别为42.90、45.58、91.18、97.12％,剂量与治疗效价之间显著相关（r=-0.88,P<0.05）,ED₅₀为 3.5g/kg。结果提示加味左金丸具有较强的抗胃粘膜急性损伤的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the rats with NaOH, Asprine or HC1 - Alcohol induced gastric mucosa injury, pretreated with 6g/kg Zuo Jin Wan extract the injury indexes could signifiantly be diminished comparing with control group without pretreated with Zuo Jin Wan extrect (P<0.05, <0.01 and <0.01 in above three injurymodels, respectively) . In HC1-Alcohol caused gastric mucosa injury model, the inhibitory rates of ulcer index were 42.90%, 45.58%, 91.18% and 97.12% with 1g/kg, 2g/kg, 4g/kg and 8g/kg different doses, respectively. Using regression equation for analysing the data, a colse relationship between the dosage and therapeutic potency was found (r= - 0.88, P<0.05) . ED50 was 3.5g/kg . These results indicated that Zuo Jin Wan extract had an evidently preventive effect on gastric mucosa injury in rats.更多还原
