【Abstract】 Zhu Ya Zi Jin(Corydalis sheareri S.Moorrevar.bulbillifera Hand-Mazz.) is a herbal drug for use in the treatment of arthritis and tuberculosis in China. In this studies the water extract of Zhu Ya Zi Jin (400-1600mg/kg,ig) ewas used to valuate the anti-inflammatory activites in ddY mice and Wistar rats. It was observed that the extract showed significant inhibitory actions on the capillary permeability induced by actic acid in ddY mice,in a dose dependence manner. In Wistar rat’s paw edewa induced by carrag-eenin, measured with paw volume method, the extract showed markedly inhibitory effect at 4-6h after carrageenin injection. Examind by Randall-Selitto’s method,the extract weakly increase the pain threshold on the hind paw edema induced by brewars yeast solution in SD male rats. The extract also showed inhibitory activities and no toxic reaction were observed within a period of 8 days continuous administration. Indom-ethacin as a positive drag (2-10mg/kg, ig)demonstrated more remarkable anti-infamma -tory activities in the abovemention screening tests respectively.更多还原
