【摘要】 本文对遵义市老年人医疗服务需求作了描述性研究,结果表明,两周内患病率为397.5‰,慢性病患病率为598.4‰,两周内就诊率为27.9％,年住院率为16.2％,年人均住院日数11.7天。其中离退休干部住院率高(29.17％),住院时间长(年人均住院日数22.7天),改革公费医疗制度,开设家庭病床等措施,有利于缓解他们过高的医疗服务需求。本文对迎接迅速到来的老龄化社会对医疗服务需求的挑战,谈了作者的浅见。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study,in 1990,was undertaken by the Medical Service to investagate,the through interview,the health condition of 488 elderly people in Zun Yi City. The results demonstrated that the illness rates in two weeks were 397. 5‰; Chronic dis(?)ase’s accounted for 598. 4‰ of the illness;Visits to a doctoy in two weeks were 27. 9%;Being in hospital in one year were 16. 2% ;Average days of being in hospital of everybody in one year were 11. 7 days. The results demonstrated also that being in hospital rates for retired cadre were higer(29. 17%) than these of noncadre. The times of being in hospital were longer 22. 7d. As a result of these survey findings the public Health services regulations have been reformed. Family hospital beds are being estabilished. These changes aimed at making it easier for the elderly to seek help from the higher medical services.更多还原
