【摘要】 采用低叶酸含量的Tc199培养基和阿糖胞苷处理,观察10例智力低下儿童及10例智力正常儿童外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变及脆性部位表达。结果表明,智力低下儿童诱发及自发染色体畸变率及脆性部位表达率均高于正常对照组。经诱发,患者脆性部位3P14,7q32,4q31,1q32,10q22,14q23等出现频率较多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Periphenal blood lymphocytes from 10 cases of mentally retarded children and 10 mentally normal controls were cultured in low folic acid TC199 medium and treated with ara-c to observe their chromosome aberra-tion(CAR)and fragile site rates(ER). The results showed the induced and spontaneous CAR in patients were significantly higher than those of the controls,and the ER of patients was much higher and more extensive than that of the controls,the induced CAR and FR of both patients and controls were much higher than the non-induced.After induction with ara-c, the more frequent sites in patients were CFs at 3pl4,7q32,4q31 ,lp32,10q 22,14q23,ect.It suggested that there was a certain relationship between common fragile sites and mentally retarded patients.更多还原
