出生前X线诊断照射对儿童身体和智能发育的远期影响

【摘要】 对出生前曾接受X线诊断照射的1026名4~7岁城市儿童和未受照射的1191名对照儿童进行身体和智能发育的调查。胎儿受照剂量为11.75~42.70mGy,儿童个体身高、体重、头围与当地儿童身体发育正常均值离差范围比较,两组之间无显著差异。智能测查结果,照射组的智能商均值稍微低于对照组,但对混杂因素进行多元回归分析后,对其残差进行多因素Hotelling T~2检验和单因素检验结果表明,两组之间无显著差异。

【Abstract】 A long-term follow-up study has been conducted on physical and intellectual development of 1026 children exposed in utero to diagnostic X-rays and of 1191 non-exposed controls in Beijing,Shanghai and Changchun. The fetal absorbed doses ranged from 11.75 to 42.70 mGy.Results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in body height,weight and head circumference as compared by standard deviations of individual measured parameters from local normal means. The mean score of intelligence test in the exposed group was slightly lower than that in the control group with statistically significant difference .However,the residual radiation effects on IQ were nolonger significant on Hoteliing T2 test and student’s t test when confounding factors were identified and taken into account by backward stepwise regression analysis.
