【摘要】 通过18例CVS前后孕妇血清AFP(MSAFP)水平变化研究,发现术后MSAFFP显著性升高(t=2.40,P<0.05)。其平均上升浓度是44.13±18.12ng/ml(M±SE,下同),平均上升百分率是419.9±195.4％。直线相关分析显示,CVS后MSAFP上升百分率与孕周及Portex套管入宫次数无显著性相关,但与绒毛取材量高度显著性正相关(r=0.59,P<0.01).这些结果提示,国内现有条件下,CVS过程中也存在胎儿母体出血,其出血量与绒毛取材量关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study of changes in maternal serum AFP (MSAFP) level before and after chorionic villus sampling (CVS) showed that MSAFP level was significantly increased after CVS (t=2.44, P<0.05) . The means of elevated concentration and percentage ofMSAFP were 44.l3±18.12ng/ml and 419.91 ±195.54%(M±SE)respectively. Analyses of linear correlation showed that the elevated percentage of MSAFP had no significant correlation to gestation and the number of passage of the catheter but significant positive correlation to the size of obtained tissue (r=0.59, p<0.01) . These results suggested that under the current condition in our country fetomaternal bleeding (FMB) also occurs during the procedure of CVS and the amount of FMB is probably associated with the size of obtained tissue.更多还原
