【摘要】 以动物实验研究,证实了利胆溶石胶囊对大鼠具有利胆作用,给药2h 时,胆汁分泌量高达123%,比药前增加23%(p<0.01);能防止豚鼠体内胆结石的形成,防石率达94.7%;能降低胆结石的成石率(p<0.01),具有利胆保肝、溶石、防石等作用。毒理学研究表明:血液学指标、SGPT、尿素氮、血糖、脏器指数分别与空白对照组比较,未见明显差异;组织形态学检查未见病理性改变。提示本品利胆溶石作用显著,安全可靠,无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was shown that Cholagogic and litholytic capsule(CLC) increased the rat’s bile secretion by 23%,prevented the gallstone formation in guinea-pig significantly(p<0.01)by 94.7%,and dissolved the gallstone in guinea-pig by 90.0%.It is suggested that CLC possesses litholytic,lithagogue, liver protecting and cholagogic effects and preventive effect against stone formation.The toxicological studies including hematology,SGPT,body weight and organ indexes revealed no significant difference as compared with normal controls.Blood urea nitrogen and blood sugar were reduced by high and middle doses,Histomorphological examination did not show any pathological changes.It is indicated that this capsule is safe and its effect is reliable without toxic and side effects.更多还原
