【摘要】 用随机对照方法评价了新菌灵250mg 2次/d疗程7～10d治疗上呼吸道感染20例;250～500mg 2次/d 疗程10～14d 治疗下呼吸道感染15例的安全有效性,获得了满意的临床疗效和细菌学结果。上、下呼吸道感染的痊愈率分别为95%与80%;细菌清除率分别为100%与93.33%;不良反应发生率仅为2.85%。新菌灵分别与头孢拉定和头孢克罗随机对照治疗上、下呼吸道感染,试验药与对照药的痊愈率、细菌清除率及不良反应发生率均无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 20 patients with upper respiratory infections were treated with oralcefuroxime axetil 250mg twice daily for 7～10 days and another 15 patients with lowerrespiratory infections were given orally the same drug 250～500mg twice daily for 10～14 days.The cure rate were 95% and 80% respectively.The bacterial clearance rate forthe two group were 100% and 93.33% respectively.There were no statistical differ-ence between treatment and control groups.更多还原
