【摘要】 30例择期手术病人硬膜外麻醉初期静脉输入血浆代用品 Haemaccel 35并以林格氏液作为对照。结果表明,输入 Haemaccel 35的病人血压平稳,尿量增加,血肌酐下降,血浆电解质水平无明显变化,病人耐受良好,未发现过敏等不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Decrease of arterial blood pressure is a common complication ofepidural anaesthesia.Adequately giving of fluid iv is usually necessary for maintainingstable circulation.30 patients infused with plasma volume expander-Haemaccel 35 in-travenously in contrast to Ringer’s fluid in initial stage of epidural anaesthesia wereobserved.The results indicated that the patients receiving Haemaccel 35 had experi-enced a smooth blood pressure,increase of diuresis,decrease of blood creatin and stableplasma electrolyte levels.Haemaccel 35 was well tolerated and no adverse anaphylacticreactions were found during the study.更多还原
