吸入不同地点不同浓度煤气厂空气污染物对大鼠肺损伤及肺负荷的研究

【摘要】 将大鼠分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别置于煤气厂焦炉顶TSP 5.89mg/mg/m3,SO2 1.14mg/m3;调向室TSP2.77mg/m3,SO2 0.038mg/m3生活区TSP0.453mg/m3,SO2 0.038mg/m3;对照组TSP0.087mg/m3,SO2 0.055mg/m3,作吸入暴露试验5天后,Ⅰ组鼠各检测指标显著高于对照组,Ⅱ组鼠LDH、ACP高于对照组,Ⅲ组鼠仅LDH高于对照组。随着暴露时间的延长,未发现肺损伤加剧,肺巨噬细胞内和肺组织内吸入尘负荷与各点飘尘浓度呈相关性。

【Abstract】 The rats were divided into four groups to be exposed to different concentrations of TSP, SO, and CO for five days. The results showed that the indice of LDH, ACP, NA and albumin level in lavage fluid in the rats set in the top place of coke oven higher than the rats of control group sinificantly. The rate set in the place of operation room showed a higher level of LDH and ACP than control group. The rats which ex- posed in the air of residential area, Showed only the index of LDH level higher than the control group. The particulates counts in pulmonary macrophage and lung tissue showed a higher correlation with the. TSP level in pollution areas The correlation coefficient was equal to O. 92. An highest level of LDH, ACP, and AKP was observed in the rats exposed in oper- ation room at the time of 30 days, and decreased after the time of 60 days exposure.
