女性吸烟与肺癌关系的Meta-analysis

【摘要】 本文应用Meta—analysis方法对国内12个有关女性吸烟与肺癌关系的病例对照研究进行了定量合并分析。采用固定效应模型和随机效应模型处理数据。女性吸烟因素合并OR为2.18(95%可信限:1.93~2.48),PAR为30.34%;吸烟量、吸烟年数及开始吸烟年龄与患肺癌OR间存在剂量反应关系;患鳞癌的合并OR和PAR分别为7.45(5.21~10.67)和53.97%;而患腺癌分别为1.09(0.82~1.44)和1.65%;被动吸烟合并OR为1.004(0.74~1.35),PAR为0.16%。另对可能的偏倚与混杂进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 In this paper, 12 case-control studies on the relation be- tween smoking and lung cancer in China were analyzed and e- valuated by means of Meta-analysis method. Fixed effect mod- el and Random effect model were applied to process data. The cumulative cases and controls were 2168 and 2496 respective- ly. The combined OR in female (smoking v. s. no smoking) was 2. 18 (95%CI:1.93~2. 48), PAR was 30. 34%. The dose-response relationship between the amount of smoking, the years of smoking, the age of starting smoke and the OR for developing lung cancer was shown. The combined OR of adenocarcinoma was 7.45 (5.21~10.67), PAR was 53.97%. The combined OR of squamous carcinoma was 1.09 (0. 82~ 1.94), PAR was 1.65%. The combined OR of passive smok- ing was 1. 004 (0.74~1.35), PAR was 0. 16%. The possible bias and confounding were also discussed.
