镉对大鼠肺灌洗液中生化指标影响的研究

【摘要】 本文报告了经气管一次注入CdCl2染毒后,观察对大鼠BALF中LDH、AKP、ACP、ALB的影响。结果表明,0.004mg/kg剂量镉已造成LDH、AKP活性升高;0.1mg/kg剂量时ACP、ALB的活性开始显著升高。0.1mg/kg剂量的时间反应关系表明,染毒后12h LDH、ACP、ALB即明显增加,第2天反应达到高峰,2周后各项指标恢复至对照水平。镉的阈剂量为0.004rag/kg、阈下剂量为0.0008mg/kg。针对本研究结果阐述了镉对肺的毒性作用特征及机理,并对制定镉的环境卫生标准作了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 0.5,0.1,0. 02,0.004,0. 0008 mg CaCI (Cd)/ kg body weight were administered to female Sprague-Dawley rats by intratracheal instil- lation. Bronchoalveolar Lavage (BAL) tech- nigue was performed at different time postex- posure. The activities of LDH, ACP, AKP and the amounts of ALB were determined in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). The results showed that LDH, AKP in BALF at 1 day after exposure markedly in- creased at the dose of 0. 04mg/kg, with the dose of 0. 1mg/kg,the activity of ACP and the amounts of ALB were incresed significantly. A obvious time-response tendency was ob- served at 0. 1mg/kg. Contents of LDH, ACP, ALB were increased markedly at 12 h after ex- posure. The peak response was occured in the second day and returned to control level 14 days later. The results suggested that the thres-hold dose of pulmonary toxic effects of Cd was 0.004mg/kg. Subthreshold dose was 0. 0008mg/kg. Meanwhile, the characteristics and mechanism of toxic effects of Cd on lung were verified, the environmental health stan- dard of Cd in air was also discussed.
