【摘要】 本文报告经染毒试验证明,粗棉油对雄性大鼠生殖功能及睾丸生精细胞有明显的损害作用,对雌鼠生殖系统未见明显的影响。10g/L高矿化高盐分水与粗棉油联合染毒其毒作用与粗棉油单独的毒作用相近,未发现增毒作用。结果提示:新疆伽师“不育不孕”的原因与粗棉油关系密切,而与不良水质无明显联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Histopathological and ultrastructural studies Were carried out on Wistar rats challenged by locally produced raw cotonseed oil(CCO) and synthetic hypermineralized hypersaline water (HHW)for 90 days. The results showed that the CCO alone had a marked toxic effect on the reproductive function of male rats and the spermatogenic cells of testis and that no marked effect was observed on the reproductive system of fremaleruts rats challenged by combined HHW of 10 g/L and CCO had a toxic effectont estissimilar to that of CCO alone, and no pote- ntiation was found.HHW and refined cottonseed oil showed no obvious toxic effects on all the viscera or tissueo of the rats. These finding suggest that the sterility seen in the Jiashi syn- drome in Jiashi,Xinjiang,may be closely related to the CCO consumed and not to the poor water quality.更多还原
