【摘要】 <正> 前文(孙文浩等1988,1989)已报告凤眼莲 Eichhornia crassipes(Mart)Solms对藻类有克制作用。在野外实验中,在一条富营养化严重的小河浜(上海市曹杨新村环浜)中种植凤眼莲后,藻类生长受抑制,水变澄清。在室内实验中,排除凤眼莲和藻类之间对光和营养的竞争后,藻类生长仍受

【Abstract】 Growing water hyacinth in theeutrophic urban water bodies sup-pressed algal growth and clarified thewater. Hydrophobic root exudateswere collected from the culture waterby XAD--2 resin columns and separatedby chromatography. The algaecidal ac-tivity of fractions were monitored us-ing the green alge Chlamydomonas rein-hardtii. The compounds with the highestspecific activity were identified as N-phenyl--1--naphthylamine and N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine by 1H-NMR, 13C--NMR and GC/MS. Thetwo aromatic amines were ca. 2. 5times as inhibitory as CuSO4, a com-monly used algaecide. Asepticallygrown E. crassipes also produced theamines showing that they were root ex-udates rather than microbial products.
