【Abstract】 The smears made from bone marrow of 10 geese were stained with thecytochemical methods and observed under light microscope. The peroxidase-positive and lipid-positive granules were abundant (+++) in eosinophiles. Periodic-acid-Schiff reactionof heterophilic mesomyelocyte and young thrombocyte were strong positive (+++) and rel-atively strong positive (++) respectively. The ribonucleic acid (RNA) reaction appearedin erythrocytic, granulocytic and lymphocytic systems. The acid phosphatase-positivegranules were not seen in all these systems.更多还原
