【摘要】 本文报道作者最近遇到的5例典型翼钩综合征患者,经过临床诊断治疗及术后短期随访,除1例双侧患病,未手术侧症状仍存在外,其余患者所有临床症状消失,没有复发。文中结合有关资料对翼钩综合征的病因、临床症候群的解剖学基础等问题进行探讨,并提出了一些临床诊断的检查要点和治疗建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical signs and symptoms of Pterygoid Hamulus Syndrome are non-characteristic and easy to be neglected and misdiagnosed. Its etiologic factors and pathogenesis are not fully understood at this time. No description concerning this syndrome could be found in the special books of medical syndromes. Five cases with typical Pterygoid Hamulus Syndrome treated recently in our department are presented in this article. No further complaints in four of these patients were made excepted the another involved bilaterally with pain relieved in the surgical side, but discomfort remained in the non-surgical side through a short follow-up period. The etiological factors and anatomic interpretations of this syndrome were discussed along with the pertinent papers. Several procedures of clinical examinations and treatment proposals were also put forward.更多还原
