心脏程控刺激自动分析仪的开发
THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEART PROGRAMMABLESTIMULATION AUTOMATIC-ANALYZER
【摘要】 在心脏电生理参数自动测试过程中,需要经病人的食道(或内心)对心脏进行程控电脉冲刺激,同时对受刺激状态下的心电波形进行数据采集,再对数据分析处理,测算出心脏传导系统的各电生理参数。本文着重介绍了完成上述测试的“心脏程控刺激自动分析仪”的硬件和软件的设计思想及其实现方法,并且给出了测试实例。
【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>In the process of heart electrophysiological parameter measurement,it is necessary first to apply programmable stimulating pulse sequencesto patient’s heart through his esophagus (or within the heart ) for ma-king heart pace adjustment, and meanwhile to collect data from theECG signals with the heart currently under pulse stimulation. Secondly,through analyzing and processing the aquired data, a number of para-meters concerning functions and features of the cardio-conduction systemcan be calculated and output which can serve as a base for doctor’s di-agnosis. This paper presents the design ideas and their realization me-thods for the hardwares and softwares which fulfill the measurementfunctions of the "Heart Programmable Stimu1ation Automatic-Analyser",and measurement example using the analyzer was given in comparisonwith the results from traditional methods.
