海蛾提取物对血液流变性能的作用
Effects of the Extracts from Pegasus laternarius on Hematological Features
【摘要】 海洋近海小鱼海蛾Pegasus laternarius Cuvier 的甲醇提取物(PL-Ⅰ),纯提物PL-Ⅳ以及PL-Ⅵ与PL-Ⅳ的复合物经对血液流变学各项指标的试验表明,各组均能明显抑制血小板的粘附聚集作用,降低全血粘度,降低细胞电泳率,减缓血栓形成,具有明显的抗凝血作用;而海蛾的抗凝血作用主要是PL-Ⅳ的作用.
【Abstract】 Methanol extract(PL-Ⅰ),pure extract (PL-Ⅳ),Comp.(compound ofPL-Ⅳ and PL-Ⅵ with 2∶1 ratio) prolonged coagulation and bleeding time andincreased bleeding volume,contrary to the effect of Zhen (extract from pearl’sgonad).Zhen shortened eminently the whole blood coagulation time(WBCT);PL-Ⅳand Comp prolonged slightly WACT,but no notability;PL-Ⅰ prolonged notablyWBCT.Zhen shortened obviously prothrombin time (PT) while PL-Ⅳ,Comp.andPL-Ⅰ had no effect on PT.Zhen shortened evidently Kaolin partial thrombintime(KPTT) while PL-Ⅳ,Comp.and PL-Ⅰ didn’t have eminent effect on KPTT.Zhen,PL-Ⅳ and Comp didn’t have obvious effect on plasma lysis time(PLT) whilePL-Ⅰ shortened obviously PLT.In in vitro experiment,Zhen,Comp.and PL-Ⅳprolonged enimently euprotein lysis time(ELT) while PL-Ⅰ didn’t have eminenteffect on ELT.But in in vivo experiment,the four hadn’t eminent effect on ELT.Zhen accelerated experimental thrombosis while PL-Ⅳ,Comp.and PL-Ⅰ inhibitedit distinctly.Zhen increased evidently blood viscosity while PL-Ⅳ,Comp.and PL--Ⅰ decreased it.Zhen increased evidently plasma viscosity while PL-Ⅳ,Comp.andPL-Ⅰ hadn’t evident effect on it.Zhen reduced clearly EPM while PL-Ⅳ,Comp.and PL-Ⅰ raised it.All those indicated that PL-Ⅳ was not the effective hema-tostatic fraction of Zhen.
