【摘要】 对97例成人急性腹泻自愿者投以双歧三联活菌制剂治疗3d;对照组37例口服乳酶生制剂。两组显效率分别为74.2％和18.9％。u检验结果:p<0.01,有显著性差异。治疗组中19例做了治疗前、后肠菌群定量检测,t检验结果:治疗后肠菌群数与治疗前比有显著性差异(拟杆菌及双歧杆菌p<0.01,肠球菌p<0.05)。对双歧三联活菌制剂治疗急性腹泻的意义进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 97 patients with acute adult diarrhea were treated with Tri-Bifidobacterium Fermented Capsule for 3 days. The group was compared with the control group of 37 cases treated with Biofermine. The effective rates of two groups were 74.2% and 18.9%, respectively. The difference was significant (p<0.01). The intestinal microbial flora in 19 patients of treatment group at early stage of diarrhea and day after recovery, were analyzed. After treatment the counts of intestinal flora of the group was similar to the health people. The significance of Tri-Bifidobacterium Fermented Capsule in treating acute adult diarrhea was discussed.更多还原
