人芽囊原虫的培养和光学、超微结构的研究
Studies of Blastocystis Hominis by Culture,Lightmicroscope and Ultrastructure
【摘要】 本文通过人芽囊原虫的培养试验,提示人血清培养虫体生长,繁殖良好;而羊、小牛、猪血清不宜用。同时证明烛缸可代替昂贵的CO2培养箱及不用液体石蜡封盖虫体也一样生长,繁殖良好;此外,通过光、电镜观察,提示该虫的生活史为空泡型—阿米巴型—空泡型,其生殖为二分裂。
【Abstract】 This paper reports that culture test of Blastocystis hominis suggests that human serum resulted in full growth and good breeding. Whereas,the serum from the goat,calf and pig was not suited to the culture. The test indicates that candlevat could be used to take the place of expensive CO2 culture Chast(box) and liquid-wax for covering Blastocystis hominis.with the same effect. In addition ,the observation under lightmicroscope and ultrastructure showed that life cycle took vacuolated form-ameba form-vacuolated form with binary fission reproduction.
