噁嗪酮并苯并硫氮杂衍生物在质谱中的Retro DielS—Alder碎裂反应
Retro Diels—Alder Fragmentation of the Derivatives of Oxazinono—benzothiazepine in Mass spectrometry
【摘要】 本工作对22个合成的噁嗪酮并苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)衍生物在质谱中的RDA碎裂反应进行了EIMS和FABMS的比较研究。可以看出,称为“软电离”的FAB,其能量沉积效率明显低于EI,因而可以得到更强的分子区信息。
【Abstract】 A comparative study has been carried out on EIMS and FABMS of the RDA fragmentation of twenty-two newly synthesized derivatives of oxazinono-benzothiaepine. It is found that the energy deposition efficiency in the so-called "soft ionization" of FAB is significantly lower than that in the case of EI. Therefore, more information can be obtained in the molecular region.
