【Abstract】 The article retrospectively analysed the diagnosis and treatment of 6 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Five of them were operated on by aneurysmectomy with prosthetic vascular graft. One of them was not. One cases died and four cases had no complications after surgery. Follow-up survey at three years showed that the patients who survived were well. The article also discussed and analysed the value of retrograde arteriogram and the mortality case.更多还原
