短季棉子叶荧光动力学及SOD酶活性的研究
RESEARCHES ON THE KINETICS OF FLUORESCENCE AND SOD ACTIVITY IN COTYLEDON OF SHORT SEASON COTTON
【摘要】 短季棉早熟不早衰类型品种中棉16的可变荧光(Fv)、第二波(S-M)持续时间长,比早衰型晚5天消失,说明其光合磷酸化,CO2同化能力和PSⅡ、PSⅠ间电子传递能力强。同时叶绿素降解速度缓慢。SOD酶前期活性高,后期下降快,使之既早熟又不早衰。早熟早衰型品种中棉10的Fv、S-M最先消失,叶绿素降解速度快,SOD酶活性在整个暗处理过程一直最低,说明清除有害自由基能力差,故早熟又过早衰老。晚熟型辽棉7的荧光动力学过程,叶绿素降解速度以及前期SOD酶活性居中,但其中叶绿素绝对含量在衰老全过程中居首位。后期SOD酶活性高于其他品种,这可能与延缓衰老及晚熟有关。
【Abstract】 The variable fluorescence(Fv) and the second wave (S-M) of the early but not prematurely aging cotton variety—Zhongmaiasuo 16 lasts for a longer time, and disappears 5 days later than the prematurely aging type. This indicates that it has high capability of photophosphorylation, CO2 assimilation and electronic transmission between PSII and PSI. At the same time, the degradation of its chlorophyll is slow, SOD activity is high in early season, and decreases quickly in late season, bringing about its earliness without premature aging. The Fv and S- M of the early and prematurely aging cotton variety Zhongmiansuo 10 first disappears with quick degradation of chlorophyll and lowest SOD activity throughout the darkroom treatment. This shows that it has poor capability to get rid of the free radicals, resulting in its earliness and premature aging. The course of fluorescence kinetics, speed of chlorophyll degradation and SOD activity in early season of the late cotton variety Liaomian 7 are intermediate, but its absolute chlorophyll content during the aging process ranks first. In late season its SOD activity is higher than that of all the other cotton varieties. This may possibly be related to its delayed aging and late maturity.
