【摘要】 本软件是在FOXBASE+语言环境下开发的死因统计应用软件包,它是从卡片输入到报表分析,包括国际疾病分类(ICD—9)编码检索、标化死亡率、寿命表和去死因寿命表等分析功能在内的数据库管理系统.本系统为树状模块管理,具有库间互访、数据查询功能.报表输出采用仿真技术,实现打印输出报表与印刷报表格的尺寸、字体、格式相吻合.本软件在天津市的三个不同条件的基层单位试用一年,并在市防病中心完成年报汇总分析工作,均收到满意效果.为了尽快实现死因统计工作计算机网络化的科学管理,奠定了良好的基础.更多还原

【Abstract】 A package for analysis of causes of deaths was prepared under the environment of Fox BASE of version 2. 00. The package is able to input original data by the conversation window,and output all the tables in the standard statistic form designed by Ministry of public health in China. The other functions include the automatic searching for ICD9,making out life tables,calculating age - adjusted death rates and summing up annual and monthly reports, etc. The structure of database was designed by tree structure magangement model. It is therefore able to make visits between different data - bases. The package has been used at 3 districts with different conditions and the centre in Tianjin over one year. The users responded that it was successful in use and easy to operate for a non-computer operator.更多还原
