【摘要】 本文采用比色法对不同月龄大鼠血清卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶（LCAT）活性进行了测定。结果表明,20月龄组LCAT活性明显低于4月龄组（P<0.05）,表明血清LCAT活性在老年时降低。LCAT活性下降可导致胆固醇酯化和HDL₃向HDL₂转化障碍,影响胆固醇的逆向转运,促进动脉粥样硬化的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The activities of the serum lecithin cholesterol acyl transferase （LCAT） in 4-month and 20-month rats wearmeasured by colorimetric method. The results showed that the LCAT activity in 20-month rats was importantlylower than that in 4-month rats. The lower LCAT activities lead to disorder of esterification of cholesterol andtransformation from HDL₃ to HDL₂ and retrograde transfer of choleterol and promote the formation ofatherosclerosis.更多还原
