【摘要】 本文初步报告对精神分裂症患者进行家庭干预的试验研究。试验对象是在社区中随机抽出干预组和对照组各60例,采用 BPRS、SANS、DAS、FIS 及自制临床效果调查表作为评估工具。干预措施主要着重疾病知识教育、加强用药常识教育、调整家庭交流关系及解决不良行为问题,并强调定期到每个家庭进行干预的方式,适当结合家庭集会以集中讲解。经过6个月的试验,干预组在精神表现和社会功能方面的效果比对照组有较明显的改善(P<0.05)。试验前后干预组自身比较在几乎全部量表项目上的评分差异都呈现极显著的统计意义(P<0.01),提示了一定程度的病情好转、社会功能改善、家庭负担减少以及复发现象减少。本文还论述了家庭干预措施如加以改进和简化,很有可能创立适合推广使用的工作方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preliminary investigation of family intervention for schizophrenia in community was re-ported in thls paper.The experimental subjects were randomly selected in the community and divided into in-tervention group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases).BPRS,SANS,DAS,FIS and the survey of clini-cal effect were adopted for assessment.The intervention measures mainly included emphasizing the educationof knowledge of mental illness,strengthening the education of general information of medication,harmaniz-ing the relationship of family communication,and solving the problems of inappropriate behaviour.It wasemphasized that the intervention procedures implemented in regular home visit (1—2 times per month) sup-plemented with some family meetings for collective teaching.After 6 months experimentation,the effect ofintervention group showed more obvious improvement in psychotic manifestation and social function than con-trol group (P<0.05).The score differences of self comparison of intervention group before and after experi-mentation in almost all the rating scales showed extremely marked statistical significance (P<0.01),and in-dicated improvement of illness,social function,family burden,and decrease of relapse in some extent.Final-ly,the feasibility of the popularization of family intervention in community was discussed,and it might heachieved if the intervention procedures were reformed and simplified successfully.更多还原
