【摘要】 冷坩埚熔炼是指将水冷的带有切缝的金属坩埚置于线圈的交变磁场中,对炉料进行感应熔炼的新技术.该技术特别适用于对活泼金属、难熔合金、高纯材料以及高浓度污染材料进行熔炼或重熔。本文介绍冷坩埚熔炼技术的特点,冷坩埚的结构、工作原理以及熔炼过程的一维解析解。 冷坩埚熔炼技术正处在起步阶段,世界各工业大国都在迅速发展.

【Abstract】 The cooling crucible smelting is a new technology of induction smelting which the metal crucible with cut-seam cooled with water is put in the alternative field of coil. This is especially suitable to smelt or remelt for active metal, infusible alloy, the material with high purity or contaminant with high intensity. The characteristics of the smelting technology, the structure of the cooling crucible, operation principle and one dimensional analysis of smelting process are introduced here. The technology is in the primary stage and is developed in the various industrial countries in the world.
