GL-7ACA酰化酶的提取
PROCESS RECOVERY OF GL-7ACA-ACYLASE
【摘要】 假单孢菌79u-18菌株产生GL-7ACA的同时产生β-内酰胺酶。我们找到了一种简单有效的方法使β-内酰胺酶失活而不影响GL-7ACA酶活力。用冻融 -溶媒法提胞内酶GL-7ACA。酶回收率达60%以上,可用于工业化生产。
【Abstract】 Pseudomonas 79u-18 strain produced GL-7ACA acylase and beta-lactamase simultaneously. We have found a simple and effective way to inactivate the beta-lactamase while maintaining the enzymatic activity of the GL-7ACA acylase.By using freezed-solvent method, the endoenzyme, GL-7ACA acylase could be released from the cell mass of the producing bacteria.The extraction recovery of the acylase was 60%. This process development was feasible in large scale extraction of 7-amino-cephalosporanic acid.
