【Abstract】 The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination of ciprofloxacin and its metabolites in human body fluids is described. The chromatographic peaks of ciprofloxacin and its m-etabolites could be well separated. The determination of ciprofloxacin by HPLC is very sensitive and accurate. It has good reproducibility and specificity. The treatment of serum and urine before defermination is very simple. The extraction rates from serum and urine are high. Therefore, this method could be used for the study of pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin and also for the monitoring of the concentrations in various body fluids.更多还原
