环丙沙星及其代谢物体液浓度的高效液相色谱测定法

【摘要】 本文对环丙沙星体液浓度的高效液相色谱测定法进行了研究。环丙沙星及其代谢物的色谱峰分离良好。该检测方法灵敏、准确,重复性和特异性好。血、尿样品处理方法简单,提取回收率高。此方法不仅适用于环丙沙星药代动力学研究,也可用于该药体液浓度监测。

【Abstract】 The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination of ciprofloxacin and its metabolites in human body fluids is described. The chromatographic peaks of ciprofloxacin and its m-etabolites could be well separated. The determination of ciprofloxacin by HPLC is very sensitive and accurate. It has good reproducibility and specificity. The treatment of serum and urine before defermination is very simple. The extraction rates from serum and urine are high. Therefore, this method could be used for the study of pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin and also for the monitoring of the concentrations in various body fluids.
