R2Co7-xFexB3化合物的结构与磁性研究
Structure and Magnetic Properties of R2Co7—xFexB3Compounds
【摘要】 用水冷铜舟高频感应炉制备化合物R2Co7-xFexB3(R=Nd,Sm),当x=0~3时,该化合物可形成六角结构,随Fe含量的增加,晶格常数α、c增大,居里温度Tc和室温时的比饱和磁矩σ2,也明显增加,样品在磁场中取向前后的X射线衍射谱分析表明,该化合物具有单轴各向异性,易磁化轴在C-轴上,利用CL-16直流磁特性测试装置,测量了该化合物粉末样品室温时的内禀矫顽力MHc。
【Abstract】 R2Co7-xFexB3(R=Nd, Sm) compounds are prepared by induction melting in water-cooled copper boat. When x=0~3, all compounds are of a hexagonal structure. Increase in the lattice parameters a and c, Curie temperature Tc, and specific magnetic moment σ?(T=300K) were observed with iron substituting cobalt. According to the X-ray diffraction patterns of nonalligned powder sample and aligned powder sample, the compounds have obvious magnetic anisotropy H?, and C-axis is the easy axis. The intrinsic coercivityMHc of these compounds (T=300K) is measured, by using CL-16 direct current magnetism measuring set.
