督脉外置电场治疗脊髓损伤的实验研究
Du-channel exterial electrical field (Du-EEF) for experimental study of spinal cord injury
【摘要】 采用40只Sprague-Dauley种大白鼠,以改良式Allen’s法(10×10 G-cm)造成T10以下完全性截瘫。随机分为治疗组(应用督脉外置电场,30min/d)及对照组(不作处理)。1月后经Gale的联合行为记分法、组织学检查与组织形态学计量分析、脊髓诱发电位等检查,结果表明两者之间有非常明显差异及明显差异(P<0.01及P<0.05)。本实验有力证明督脉外置电场疗法具有使用简便、安全有效的优点,值得推广。作者并对其作用机制进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Sprague-Dauley rats were treated with modified Allen’s method. 10 × 1 0 G-cm strike force, resulting in complete paraplegia below T10. After 1 month, the experimental animals were evaluated by Gale’s Combined Behavioral Score (CBS), histological examination, histomorphometric analysis and spinal cord evoked potential(SCEP). The results showed that there were very significant differences and significant differences respectively between the two groups(P<0. 01 and P <0. 05). The experiment strongly indicated that this method has the advantage of simplicity, safety, effectiveness and it’s worth spread. The mechanism also was discussed.
