【摘要】 研究了一种新型高温压裂液即复合锆冻胶。此压裂液以皂仁、胍胶和田菁粉作增稠剂,用有机锆和无机锆的复合物与硼酸(硼砂)复配作交联剂。实验结果表明,其热稳定性好,可抗温100℃,粘弹性及剪切性能好,可在指定的时间内破胶,破胶后的残液能有效地抑制粘土膨胀且易返排。在大庆油田进行了51口井的现场实验,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new fracturing fluid crosslinker JX series for high temperature was studied.The thickening agent contains soap, Guargun and sesbania. The fracturing fluid uses JX series and boron as crosslinker, and adds other chemicals. Tests at 51 wells show that this fracturing fluid is better that that with crosslinker of organic zirconium or inorganic zirconium alone.更多还原
