实验性免疫反应性中耳炎对内耳的影响

【摘要】 作者应用免疫荧光技术,对实验性免疫反应性中耳炎模型进行了研究。结果显示:实验动物早期出现前庭功能紊乱;免疫荧光分布于中耳粘膜和前庭囊壁上皮下、耳蜗血管纹和基底膜近蜗轴处;免疫荧光强度测定蜗底多、蜗顶少。

【Abstract】 By applying the technique of immune-fluorescence. we have made an animal model of oti tis media with effusion induced by immune response in guinea pigs. The findings are as fol- lows: The guinea pigs showed early imbalance and spontaneous nystagmus, indicating that the antigen from middle ear could spread into the inner ear and result in immune-complex in- duced reaction to disturb the labyrinth function. The immune-fluorescence distributed in the subepithelial layer of the middle ear and vestibular, scattered in stria vascularis and the basi- lar membrane around the modiolus of cochlear. It is speculated that the immune response af- fects the oxygenic supply of Cortic organ and energy metablism in the inner ear. The intensity of fluorescence in the apex turn of cochlear was lower than that in the base turn. So it is probable that otitis media with effusion of immune response might damage the base turn car ly.
