【摘要】 作者提出了儿麻后遗症外科矫治的新观点一应用组合性手术,即一期实施不同部位,不同类别的手术,以此观点指导治疗385例重症小儿麻痹后遗症病人,行693人次手术,术后平均随访31个月,结果优良率89.6%,有效率99.5%。本文列举了2例实施组合性手术的病人,讨论了组合性手术应用的基本原理,手术适应证,手术操作过程中的科学运筹及术后功能锻炼的要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author suggested a new method for the treatment of poliomyelitis by combined orthotherapy,ie.different kinds of ortho- pedic surgery were carried out in different parts of the patient at the same time.385 severe poliomyelitis were treated by this method and performed 693 orthopedic surg- eries in all.The patients were followed up for 31 monthes(average),The orthothera- py was excellent in 89.6% of the patients, and effective in 99.5%.This article illus- trated two cases that were performed by combined orthotherapy.The basic principle and indications of combined orthotherapy were discussed.The intraoperative scientif- ic arrangements and the postoperative func- tional exercises were also introduced.更多还原
