【摘要】 从1981～1991年共行腘绳肌前移加股骨髁上截骨术286例,随访1～5年,术后发生膝关节强直屈伸功能受限者56例。年龄最小者15岁,最大者28岁,平均21岁,男性20例,女性36例,术后膝关节活动范围最小10°,最大40°,多数在20°～30°之间。作者讨论了屈膝功能受限的五点原因,提出了三条预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1981 to 1991,286 cases of se- qualae of poliomylitis were treated by the hamstring muscles transplantation with supracondylar osteotomy of femur.Among them,there were 56 cases caused limitation of the knee flexion postoperatively,Range of activities varied from 10 to 40 degree.
