【Abstract】 34 lower limb short deformities od po- liomylitis were reported.30 cases walked without stick after the pelvic osteotomy. From 6 months to 5 years follow—up,sta- bility of the femoral head recorved normal, the lower limb deformities were improved, and gluteal muscle power increased 3 grades or more.According to biomechanic princi- ple,the auther suggested some main points such as to reduct and fix the surtorius mus- cle.更多还原
