【摘要】 对65例临床原因不明的心律失常患者心内膜心肌的组织病理学资料作回顾性分析,结果发现多数患者的心肌细胞肥大或大小不等,或肥大与萎缩共存,心肌纤维混浊肿胀、空泡变性或液化性肌溶解,肌原纤维变性或凝固性肌溶解,肌横纹不清或消失,脂褐素颗粒增多;心肌细胞核肥大或大小不等,出现畸核、矩形核或固缩核;心肌间质水肿,出血和纤维化,淋巴细胞、单核细胞及少量中性白细胞浸润.诊断风湿性心肌炎3例(4.62%)、非特异性心肌炎20例(30.77%)、扩张型心肌病12例(18.46%)、可疑心肌炎9例(13.85%)、潜在性心肌病8例(12.31%)、正常或无特异性改变13例(20.0%).更多还原

【Abstract】 A retrospective analysis in histopathol-ogy was done in 65 patients with arrhythmia of unknown etiology by en-domyocardial biopsy. The histopathological changes were as follows: The myocardial cells were usually hypertrophied or a con-siderable variation in their size and intensity of staining. Also sometimes myocardial hy-pertrophy and amyotrophy were found in the same section. The myofibres were cloudy swelling, vacuolar degeneration or cotliquative myocytolysis, myofibrillar de-generation or coagulative myocytolysis. Some parts of the myocardium were re-placed by fibrous tissue. The cell nuclei were often pyknotic, enlarged and distorted in shape. The interstitial tissue was edema, focal bleeding and fibrosis. There was often an infiltration of the myocardium with in-flammatory cells , which were chiefly lym-phocytes , monocytes and a smaller number of neutrophils. The endocardium (?) as usu-ally found to be only slightly ckened.
