套袋对水稻结实和籽粒发育影响的原因探讨

【摘要】 对未开花的稻穗套袋,因袋内湿度提高,影响裂药散粉而降低颖花的自交结实率,然而套袋能给颖花遮光保湿,对籽粒发育有利,因而增加了剪颖籽粒的结实率与粒重.另外,对花丝和花药的结构及其裂药机理也作了描述.

【Abstract】 The causes of bagging effect on seed setting and development were analyzed by using rice cultivar Naming 11 as the material. The results showed that bagging panicles before anthesis gave rise to lower seed setting rate, for paper bagging and plastic bagging the seed sets decreased by 18. 93% and 21. 16% respectively. The reason was that bagging increased the humidity in bag which hindered the anther dehiscence. On the other hand, because bagging after fertilizing could prevent the spikelets from sunshine and preserve humidity in bag,it was advantageous for the seed development of unclosed or partial -glume-cut spikelets, thus the seed set and grain weight increased a lot. The structure of filament and anther, the mechanism of anther dehiscence and the effects of different bagging treatments on seed setting and development were also described and discussed.
