水稻广亲和恢复系选育技术的研究
Selection technique for wide compatible restoring lines in rice
【摘要】 通过对825份株系的成对测交,初步选育出9份对籼、粳稻不育系育性均在60%以上的材料,认为广亲和基因在数量上可能多于恢复基因,恢复基因往往易于导入,而广亲和基因难以获得,所以广亲和系/广亲和系∥釉型恢复系的三交配组测获广亲和恢复系的机率较高。本文还提出平衡性广亲和恢复系(EWCRL)和不平衡性广亲和恢复系(U WCRL)的概念。
【Abstract】 The spikelet fertility of F1s of lndica and Japonica cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) lines crossing with 825 derived lines was investigated. Nine of them were determinated to belonging to wide compatible restoring lines (WCRL), since the restoring capability to Indica and Japonica CMS lines was over 60%. The number of wide compatible genes was more than that of CMS’ restoring genes so, the CMS’ restoring genes could be easily transfered and wide compatible genes were difficultly gained. The probability of screening WCRL was large in combinations of wide compatible lines/wide compatible lines// Indica restoring lines. The term of equilibrium WCRL and unequilibrium WCRL was proposed.
