【摘要】 浙江省白僵菌生产从70年代初的常规固体浅盘发酵到80年代的开放性平板培养发酵、机械化分离提取白僵菌孢子粉生产工艺,生产技术日益提高,生产规模不断扩大,产品质量持续稳定。1970～1991年,全省生产白僵菌899.69t,平均年产40.89t,产品含孢量108亿个/g,活孢率79%,含水量8.5%,各项指标基本符合省定标准。在温州、丽水、台州等10个地(市)的66个县(市)推广应用,防治松毛虫142.03万亩,防治效果在70%以上,挽回经济损失3184万元,是历年生产投入的15倍多。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1970 to 1991, 899.69t of Beauvera bassia were produced, annual outputreached 40.89t. Spore content of the product was about 108×10~8/g, 79% of survival rate,8.5% of moisture content which accorded with the standard issued provincially.
