【摘要】 采用 ConA-FITC 直接荧光法和 ConA 间接免疫荧光法及 ConA-HRP 细胞化学法观察了实验肿瘤细胞(鼠乳腺癌 MA73和鼠肉瘤 S180)及临床标本人膀胱癌和结肠癌细胞的涂片标本。结果肿瘤细胞与 ConA结合,作为对照的正常细胞不与 ConA 结合。临床标本中癌细胞表面的 ConA 受体分布呈两种形式,一种均匀分布,另一种呈“斑块”状分布。实验中采用的肿瘤细胞直接涂片以 ConA—FITC 直接荧光检测法简便快速,60min 内可出结果,客观性强,协助病理诊断很有实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 with the methods of ConA FIT Cdirect immunoflourescence, indirect immunoflouresence and ConA-HRP cytochemistry,smeared samples of experimental tumor cell strains(mouse breast cancer MA73 and mouse sarcoma S180),human vesical cancer ceells and colon cancer cells were anlized.The results showed that tumor cellsco mbined with ConA,but normal cells(control) did not.In clinical samples,tumor cell surface ConA receptors represented in twoways:one is evenly-spreading,the other is spot-like spreading.The methods of direct tumor cell smearing and direct ConA FITC immunoflo- urescence used in this research are simple,speedy(finished in 60 minutes)and objective.This make it possible to use them in pathological diagnosis。更多还原
