【摘要】 甲、乙型病毒性肝炎系目前我院收治的主要传染病。因肝炎病毒之间无交叉免疫,为探讨甲、乙型病毒性肝炎混合收治院内感染的情况,我们将1989～1990两年中收治的7853例病毒性肝炎进行了回顾性研究,发生甲、乙型肝炎的医院感染60例,感染率0.8％,其中感染HAV44例,医院感染率0.6％;感染HBV16例,HBV医院感染率0.2％。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, hepatitis A and B are the main infec-tious diseases in our hospital. There are no cross im-munity in these two viruses can not be avoided. In or-der to analyze the retrospective data of HAV andHBV cross infection in our hospital, we collected noneseparately 7873 hospitalized patients from 1989 to1990. We found 60 cases nosocomial infection of HAV and HBV, and its frequency of 0.8%. Among them 40cases of HAV infection(0.6%). The reason and pre-vention of these crossinfection are discussed.更多还原
