【Abstract】 This is the first report domastically about em-bolization of intracranial saccular aneurysms via en-dovascular approach with micro-coils which were madeby ourselvies.there were aneurysms of the posteriorcommunicating artery in 2 cases,of the anterior com-municating artery one case.2of 3 cases large aneurysms(1.5-2.5cm in diameter),one was giant aneurysm(3cm in diameter).We believe that the micro-coils arebetter than latex balloon for treatment of most saccularaneurysms because the micro-coils are more control-lable and more plasticable than balloons within ves-sels.The intracranial saccular aneurysms which have aneck and in size of body more than 0.5cm in diameterwould be available to be embolized with micro-coils,However,the incompletely occluding of aneurysm isstill a problem.更多还原
