【摘要】 我们对辐照猪皮与暴露、包扎疗法治疗烧伤Ⅱ度创面进行比较。结果表明:辐照猪皮组30例无创面感染;中药暴露组创面感染率19%(7/37);药物包扎组创面感染率22%(2/9)。辐照猪皮组创面感染率明显低于中药暴露组(P<0.05)和药物包扎组(P<0.05)。文章还讨论了辐照猪皮治疗创面感染率低、创面愈合较快的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article compared irradiated po■e skin with exposure and occlusive method in the care of second degree burn wounds. In 30 patients in whom irradiated porcine skin (1PS) was used, no wound infection occurred. The rate of wound infection, in patients on whom herb medicine and exposure method were used, was 19% (7/37), and that of occlusive dressing plus drug group was 22% (2/9). The rate of wound infection of IPS was significantly lower than the other two groups (P<0.05). The time of wound healing in IPS group was 13.5+5.03 days; it was significantly shorter than the other two groups.更多还原
